硅藻岩蠕变特性研究

摘    要:硅藻岩质地松软,富含层理,强度极低。单轴压缩蠕变试验表明,其蠕变变形很大,长期强度与瞬时强度相比很小。按不同数学力学模型对数据进行回归分析,取得了较好拟合效果。研究表明,若按对数方程分析,计算简便;材料蠕变性质较符合西原流变模型。本文并提出用多项式逐步回归分析方法,至多取多项式前六项,就可以很好模拟硅藻岩的第三阶段加速蠕变规律

Abstract:Kieselguhr is texturally friable and soft, abundant in stratification, and small in strength. The results of the uniaxical compression creep test show that the creep deformation of kieselguhr is very large and the long term strength is substantially smaller than the instantaneous strength. The regression analyses of the test data based on different mathematical mechanical models give very effective results. Study indicates that the computation is simple according to logarithm equation and the creep behaviour of the material conforms to a elastic viscoelastic viscoplastic rheological model. The polynomical progressive regression analysis developed in this paper can imitate the creep law of kieselguhr very well in the third accelerating creep stage.
