自备热电厂的热经济性指标分析

通过对热电厂不同供热工况的分析与判断,得出该厂中温中压机组在低参数供热工况下,热化发电率提高,供热、供电标准煤耗率降低等结论。提出在满足用户需要的情况下,应尽量降低供热参数,采用低压非调整抽汽做给水回热汽源等方式,使标煤耗率得到降低。

Analysis on thermal economic indexes of captive steam and power plant

Combined with the analysis on examples of thermal economy indexes from a captive steam and power plant,through analysis and estimation for different performances of heat-supply from steam and power plant,conclusions are obtained for the increase of thermalized power generating ratio and for the decrease of rated coal consumption for heat-supply and power-supply.Under the condition of meeting demands from clients,heat-supply parameters are reduced as lower as possible so that coal consumption ratio will be decreased by applying lower pressure non-adjustable attracted steam to heat the feedwater.
