摘    要:为提高14#工字钢的减重率,石横特殊钢厂中型材车间先后对成品孔、成品前孔和成品再前孔进行改进,使其减重率达到-4.2%以上,并且提高了成品质量,稳定了成品尺寸,孔型磨损减轻,降低了轧辊消耗,工艺合理,中间轧废率由1.2%降至0.27%,各项经济技术是到进一步提高。

Abstract:In order to increase the reducing weight ratio of No.14 I steel,the medium section rolling steel workshop of Shiheng special steel plant has done many times reformation to finishing pass,former pass,etc Thus,reducing weight ratio is up to above 4 2%,the product quality is increased,the size of finished product is stabilized,the wear of pass is reduced,and the rolling waste product ratio in production process is decreased from 1 2% to 0 27%
