容器形状对混凝效果的影响研究

摘    要:影响混凝效果的因素有很多,文中利用正交实验方法研究了容器的形状对混凝效果的影响,在实验室环境下,通过确定圆形容器和方形容器的最优工况,比较了两种工况下的混凝效果。实验表明:容器形状影响整个混凝过程,尤其对混凝过程中二级搅拌转速影响最大,圆形容器二级搅拌转速较高为180 r/min,而方形容器在120 r/min的二级转速下效果最佳。
