摘    要:在石油钻井中,需要对套管和钻杆磨损进行检测,以确定其磨损量,而常规测量工具结构较小,因此难以满足现场使用要求。在综合考虑接触式测量和非接触式测量优缺点的基础上,设计出一种新型钻杆接头磨损检测装置。该装置主要由机械、电子和计算机3部分组成,它利用卡具夹持钻杆接头外表面,当钻杆接头直径不同时,位移传感器探头的压缩量也不同,将此信号输出给显示仪表,然后显示输出。应用表明,该装置测量误差小于50μm,操作方便,可满足现场使用需要。

Development of a new equipment used for detecting the wear of drilling rod sub
Abstract:In petroleum drilling,the wear detection of casing and drilling rod is needed to determine the wear condition.The ordinary measurement instrument cannot meet the demand of in-situ application due to its small structure.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of contact-type measurement and non-contact type measurement,a new equipment for detecting the wear of drilling rod sub is designed.The equipment mainly consists of mechanical part,electronic part and computer part.The clamping tool is used to clamp the outer surface of the drilling rod sub.When the drilling rod sub has different diameter,the compression volume of the displacement sensor probe is different.Then this kind of signal is outputted to the displaying instruments and outputted again by displaying.The application shows that the measurement error of this equipment is less than 50 μm with convenient operation and it can meet the demand of in-situ application.
