流量控制型射流泵系统的研究

摘    要:油井压裂后排液过程中由于排液用射流泵的结构,如喷嘴直径、面积比等重要性能参数已确定,射流泵的最佳工作状态便已确定。但地层液产量和流量具有不确定性,影响了射流泵工作时的流量比,或因地面动力泵无法按照设计时的理论值提供压力和流量,使得射流泵系统偏离最优工作状态。为了达到设计时的最高效率,保证稳定的流量比,研究多功能流量控制型射流泵系统,采取地面调节动力液的流量是一个行之有效的方法,可通过对射流泵液路系统实施双闭环控制达到此目标。

Study of flowrate-control type jet pump system
Abstract:The optimum working condition of jet pump has been determined since the important performance parameters such as nozzle diameter and area ratio of the jet pump used for fluid displacement after well fracturing has been determined. But the production rate and flow rate of the formation fluid have certain uncertainty, which affects the flowrate ratio of the jet pump. In addition, the surface power pump cannot provide the desired pressure and flow rate according to the designed theoretical values, which makes the jet pump system away from the optimum working condition. Therefore, in order to achieve the designed maximum efficiency and ensure the stable flowrate ratio, the multi-functional flowrate control type jet pump system is studied. It is an effective way to adjust the flow rate of power fluid at the surface, which can be achieved by implementing the dual closed control of the fluid system of the jet pump.
