新型液压卡堵水管柱

摘    要:针对Y221—114型封隔器连泵卡堵水管柱存在的问题,研制了新型液压卡堵水管柱。该管柱采用液压坐封的Y341—114型封隔器,避免了油管坐封距调整不合理造成的管柱弯曲,减少了杆管偏磨程度,延长了油井检泵周期。打压坐封使管柱处于伸长状态,便于确定抽油杆扶正位置,可以直接根据原始井斜轨迹选择防偏磨配套措施。液压双向锚定装置的应用不仅防止了因管柱惯性载荷引起的封隔器解封,而且解决了地层压力上顶引起的封隔器解封,同时该管柱还兼具验封及验证管外窜槽的功能。

Novel hydraulic water plugging string
Abstract:To solve the problem regarding the Y221-114 packer-pump water plugging string, a novel hydraulic water plugging string is developed. By using the hydraulically-set Y341-114 packer, the string avoids the string bending caused by the unreasonable adjustment of tubing setting distance, reduces the eccentricity of the sucker rod and tubing and extends the well pump maintenance period. The packer is set by pressure to make the string remain in the extension state so as to determine the centralizing position of the sucker rod and directly choose the anti-eccentric wear measures according to the original well inclination track. The application of the hydraulic bidirectional anchoring device not only prevents the packer from being released by the inertial load of the string, but also solves the packer releasing caused by the upward formation pressure. In addition, the string owns the functions of setting examination and outside-tubing channeling examination.
