天然气钻井气体回收装置设计探讨

摘    要:针对天然气钻井没有气体回收设备,采用放空燃烧产生巨大浪费的现象,在调研的基础上确定了天然气钻井气体回收的工艺流程,在理论上建立了回收效率的计算模型,且进行了分离效率的推算。根据国内油田天然气钻井的现状,开发了一种高效、实用的天然气钻井气体回收装置,该装置由旋流分离器、过滤器、沉砂罐、控制阀组等部分组成,其处理量达120m3/min。

Abstract:Because no gas recycling unit is used in the current natural gas drilling, the gas is discharged directly to the air for burning, resulting in tremendous waste. Based on the investigation, the technological process of the gas recycling in natural gas drilling is determined. The computational model of recycling efficiency is established theoretically and the separation efficiency is calculated. According to the status quo of domestic oilfield natural gas drilling, a kind of high-efficiency and practical gas recycling equipment in natural gas drilling is developed. The equipment is mainly composed of cyclone separator, filter, sand tank and controlling valve. Its treatment capacity reaches 120 m3/min.
