摘    要:本文基于液压系统压力变化引起油液声速变化这一物理特性,提出了通过测量超声波在油液中的传播速度实现压力非接触式测量的新方法,该方法不但完全克服管道壁厚影响,而且有效地消除固有声电延时误差,达到了较高的测量精度,所研制的非插入式压力检测系统是实现液压系统快速故障定位的先进检测手段,具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:This new method is based on the determination of ultrasonic wave velocity of oil inside the pipe. The pressure is a function of the measured velocity value and can be calculated by a single-chip microcomputer. The advantage of the method is that the influence of the thickness of the tube is effectively elimina- ted. Tests of prototype non-intrusive pressure measurement system have shown that it is possible to accurately convert the small change of velocity with the pressure into a direct pressure reading. The system is a useful tool for rapid trouble shooting hydraulic systems.
