摘    要:邯宝能源中心高低压管网压缩空气供西区钢轧用,机组运行存在着高压和低压空气管网的大量放散,不仅造成能源浪费,而且形成了噪声污染。本文研讨利用可编程控制器技术实现空气高低压管网的梯级利用。

Abstract:The compressed air in the high-pressure and low-pressure air network of Hanbao Energy Center is used for steel rolling in the west area.There is a large amount of diffusion of high-pressure and low-pressure air network in the unit operation,which not only causes energy waste,but also forms noise pollution.How to solve this phenomenon,this paper uses programmable controller technology to realize the cascade utilization of air high and low pressure pipe network.
