酸液稠化剂的合成及其性能研究

摘    要:以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为原料,利用反相乳液聚合,合成了酸液稠化剂AD。实验结果表明:AD分子量高,增黏能力强,易溶于水和酸溶液;AD的缓速性能优良,具有良好的热稳定性、抗剪切性和化学相容性。

Abstract:A acid densifier AD was synthesized from 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) and 2-(Methacryloyloxy) ethyl] trimethylammonium chloride(DMC) by inverse emulsion polymerization.The results show that AD has high molecular weight,good viscosity ability and easily dissolves in water or acid;AD also has excellent retardative property,heat resistance,shearing stability and chemical compatibility.
