摘    要:SSG型高频振动水力筛分机是一种新型细粒物粒筛分设备,它具备筛分和水力预分级功能,但又严格按颗粒的几何尺寸筛分物料。该机筛网直立于料浆中,并做高频振动,小于筛孔的物料在上升和横向水流作用下通过筛网,沉降末速大于上升速度的粗粒呈流态化排了。该机适于细粒及遍平状难筛物料的筛分,筛分粒度为0.02-0.3mm。筛分白云母、石墨、

Abstract:Benzylhydroximic acid,screened out under the guidance of principle of iso- merism,is an effective collector for fine wolframite. In combination with AD compouiid de- pressant,it can separate effectively fine wolfamite from calcium-bearing minerals,such as fluorite,calcite and so on. In the flowsheet consisting of one-stage rough flotation,three- stage scavenging flotation and five-stage cleaning flotation,separation of feed containing 1.94% WO_3,60.35% CaF_2 and 9.77%CaCO_3 was carried out using AD compound depres- sant and BH combined collector consisting mainly of benzylhydroximic acid,obtaining flota-tion concentrate containing 52.77%WO_3,and a recovery of 68.32%.
