氮气正压射孔机理及敏感因素分析

摘    要:氮气正压射孔的解堵、增产机理在于助射、水击、造缝、解堵、诱喷作用,它可以改善近井地带渗流能力,消除射孔不利作用和提高孔隙效率,是一种先进的完井方法。施工中的一些敏感因素对作业效果影响较大。对射孔液、射孔负压值、氮气加压值、压力扩散及返排、射孔方式等主要敏感因素进行了分析。

Abstract:The mechanism of deplugging and improving production of nitrogen positive pressure perforating is perforation aiding, water hammer, width generation, deplugging and induced extrusion. It can improve the seepage capacity near wellbore zone and reduce the disadvantage of perforation and improve the efficiency. It is an offensive completion method. Some sensitive factors during the operation affects greatly on the effect. This paper analyses the sensitive factors including perforation fuild, perforation negative pressure value, nitrogen pressure , pressure diffusion and return, and perforation method.
