江苏省石灰石矿产资源状况与水泥工业的可持续发展

江苏省现有可用于水泥生产的石灰石矿山储量约19亿t～20亿t，目前每年开采5000万t。其中除几家大型国有和外资企业有自备矿山外，绝大部分中小型企业没有自备矿山，其水泥生产用石灰石的4250万t/a，由乡镇企业开采，长途运输供应。由于乡镇企业开采手段落后，管理差，不仅造成资源的严重浪费，还对生态环境造成严重破坏。通过调查研究，作者从水泥工业可持续发展角度，提出水泥工业必须进行总量控制、结构调整及加强矿产资源保护的意见。

Limestone resource in Jiangsu Province and sustainable development of cement industry

At present, there is approximately 1. 9~2 billion tons of limestone reserve suitable for cement preduction in Jiangsu Province. Each year, 50 million tons is quarried. Except for a few large state - owned and foreign invested enterprises which have their own quarries,most of the medium and small sized enterprises have no quarries and about 42. 5million t/a limestone they need for cement preduction has to be quarried by village and t0wnship enterprises and then supplied by long - distance transport. However, due to backward mining means and poor management of village and township enterprises, the resource is terribly wasted and the ecological enviroment is also serviously damaged. Through investigation and study, the author, from the angle of sustainable development of cement industry, puts forward the opinion of conducting over all controll on cement industry, practising structural adjustment, and enhancing protection for mineral resouces.
