马齿苋保健含片生产工艺的研究

摘    要:以马齿苋浓缩汁、麦芽糖醇、山梨糖醇为主要原料,添加一定量耐酸CMC、柠檬酸、薄荷等辅料,经混合、造粒、干燥、压片等工序,制成了低热量、具有保健功能的马齿苋含片。

Abstract:This paper expatiates the developing method of purslane chewable tablet made from the principal raw materials of purslane, mahitol and sorbitol and the additives of mint, acid resiting CMC and citric acid. After the processes of mixing, prilling, drying and tableting, a kind of healthy purslane buccal tablet with low calorie was prepared.
