| 摘 要： | 中国石化股份有限公司福建石油分公司各级领导重视安全工作，安管职能部门认真负责，消除队伍保障有力，全公司安全管理工作多年来始终保持良好的势头，没有发生火灾、爆炸、职工死亡等重大事故，一般事故发生率年年下降，2000年度实现全系统无上报等级事故，多次受到中国石化集团公司和地方政府的表彰。
