摘    要:热管是一种高效的热传导体,具有突出的优点,已经获得了广泛的工业应用。由热管组成的热管换热器具有传热效率高、结构简单、安全可靠、安装方便、流体阻力小、不需维修和外加动力等优点,作为废热回收和工艺过程中热能利用的节能设备,可提高热能利用率30%,节约燃料10%,在有效减少大气污染的同时,还能取得良好的经济效益。

Abstract:The heat pipe is a highly efficient heat conductor, with outstanding advantages, and has been used extensively in industry. The heat pipe exchanger composed of heat pipes has the merits of high heat transfer efficiency, simple configuration, safety and reliability, convenience in erection, low fluid resistance, and maintenance and applied power unnecessary; when used as an energy-saving device for waste heat recovery and heat utilization in the process, it can raise the heat utilization ratio by 30%, save fuel by 10%, and give good economic benefit while efficiently abating atmospheric contamination.
