棒、线材热轧力能参数计算软件的开发与应用

摘    要:对孔型中轧制的力能计算,目前无论是理论模型还是经验,半经验模型,计算结果均偏差较大。笔者在研究传统与现代的各种计算模型与方法的基础上,开发出热轧棒、线材时的力能计算软件,该软件对轧制压力的计算首次提出并采用了考虑奥氏体再结晶变化的修正函数,使预报精度大大提高;对轧制力矩的计算首次考虑了变形区几何参数对力臂系数的影响,从而使力矩的计算更为贴近实际。经唐钢棒材厂、大亚湾棒材厂的大量测试与试用,轧机负荷的最大偏差为10%左右,电机负荷的最大偏差为15%左右,从而达到了较高的精度水平,概要介绍了该软件的开发、应用与效益。

Abstract:Presently, the calculation of rolling force and energy on rolling mill has large enough error no matter what theoretical model, empirical or semiempirical model is used Based on different conventional and modern models, a software has been developed for calculation of rolling force and energy on wire rod rolling mill The prediction precision is enhanced greatly For calculation of rolling force, a modified function, which considers the austenite recrystallization is adopted The calculated rolling torque is also near to measured values, because the effect of geometrical parameters of deformation zone on actuating arm coefficient is considered Through a large number of tests at Tangshan Iron and Steel (Group) Co and Dayawan Steel, it is proved that the maximum deviation of calculated rolling load from measured is about 10 %, for motor load the deviation is about 15 % The development, features and effects of the software are introduced in the paper
