摘    要:试验在ZG30中添加了适当的Cr、Mo合金进行强化,并用稀土变质处理,研究了热处理工艺对其性能的影响,分析了不同热处理工艺条件下该合金的力学性能。结果表明,当Cr、Mo加入量分别w为0.8%~1.2%、0.3%~0.5%,稀土变质剂加入的量w为0.03%~0.06%时,经过等温淬火和低温回火后,合金硬度可达到44.5 HRC,冲击韧度为38.9 J/cm2。经过合金化并经过相应的热处理的ZG30作为一种捣镐材料,可以满足捣镐的性能要求。

Abstract:ZG30 was strengthened by appropriate Cr. Mo addition and modified by RE, the influences of different heat treatments on the mechanical properties of the modified alloy were investigated and discussed in this paper. The results show that the hardness and impact toughness of the alloy with 0.8-1.2wt%Cr.0.3-0.5wt%Mo.0.03-0.06 wt%RE reached HRC 44.5 and 38.9 J/cm^2 respectively after isothermal quenching and tempering at low temperature. The modified ZG30 as a new type of material can meet the requirements for tamping pickaxe.
