摘    要:介绍了RFID技术及其应用前景,说明了RFID标签封装装备的结构特点和性能指标。在此基础上分析了整机的控制系统功能,并介绍了系统硬件和软件的设计。针对贴装模块控制要求和数学模型,设计出一种双反馈位置控制器。试验证明,该控制器在保证系统定位精度的同时,有效地提高了系统的稳定性。

Abstract:RFID technology and its applicable prospects are introduced. The structural features and performance index of RFID tag packaging equipment are described. On this basis, the control system function of the complete machine is analyzed. The design for hardware and software of the system are presented. According to the control requirement and mathematical model of bonding module, the dual feedback position controller is designed. Experiments prove that this controller can both guarantee the positioning precision of the system and improve the stability effectively.
