| 摘 要： | 针对目前施工机械采购市场繁杂的情况，从配件采购及配件管理两方面论述了施工企业在机构采购管理工作中应注意的几个问题，提出了根据施工任务及设备的性能，本着既经济又不影响施工的原则，合理采购配件的建议。
