磁选机激磁高频开关电源技术原理与应用

摘    要:磁选机在钨选矿行业常用于除铁、黑钨精选和细泥选别。激磁电流是磁选机的主要工作参数,由可控硅整流器产生。笔者介绍一种可取代可控硅整流器的"绿色"电源——大功率高频开关电源,描述了结构组成和工作原理。通过对比试验表明:设备具有传输效率高、体积小、质量轻及节能效果显著等特点,为磁选设备开拓了良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Magnetic separator is commonly applied for removing iron,tungsten reconcentrate and slime dressing in tungsten dressing industry.Excitation current is the primary parameter of magnetic separator and it is produced by SCR(silicon controlled rectifier).This paper introduces the structure constitution and the work principle of a kind of "green" high frequency switch power,which can replace SCR.The contrast experiments show this equipment enjoys the features of high transmission efficiency,small volume,light weight and remarkable saving energy effect.
