摘    要:文章阐述了汽轮机低压末级动叶片进汽侧防水蚀自动淬火设备的设计恩路、结构特点和应用流程。经设备调试、工艺试验验证及试生产结果表明:该设备结构设计合理,运行控制稳定可靠,操作界面简洁、美观。该设备的成功应用使东汽汽轮机低压末级动叶片进汽侧高频防水蚀淬火技术处于行业先进水平。

The Research and Application of Automatic Quenching Equipment Used in Anti-erosion of the Inlet Side of Low- pressure Last Stage Rotor Blades of Steam Turbine

Abstract:This paper describes the design ideas, structure characteristics and application process of the automatic quenching equipment, which is used in anti-erosion of the inlet side of low-pressure last stage rotor blades of steam turbine. After equipment commissioning, process validation and production test, it indicates that the structure design of this equipment is reasonable, the run control is stable and reliable, the user interface is simple and beautiful. Due to the successful application of this equipment, the technique used in anti-erosion of the inlet side of low-pressure last stage rotor blades of steam turbine reaches the advanced level in the industry.
