基于PrO/E二次开发技术的叶片三维参数化自动建模系统的研究与实现

摘    要:对透平叶片结构特征的参数化建模方法进行了分析,以Pro/TOOLKITyJ开发工具,结合VC++程序语言,成功建立了透平叶片的三维自动化建模系统。以一自带围带叉形动叶的建模为例,进一步描述了该系统实现自动建模的方法和过程。该系统在实际设计的应用表明:采用自动建模方法使得产品的设计周期大大缩短。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of methods to turbine blade geometric features in parametric modeling, with Pro/TOOLKIT, an automatic parametric modeling system of turbine blades was developed successfully by using VC++ program language. An integrally shrouded blade with three fork type root was used as an example to specify the modeling steps. The system had applied to the design and reduced the construction cycle of productions effectively .
