纤溶化合物促进血栓溶解作用的初步研究

摘    要:利用FITC标记纤维蛋白建立肺血栓模型,将纤溶促进化合物GDG从尾静脉投与肺血栓大白鼠,按时检测血浆中荧光强度的变化。首次发现了GDG促进实验动物血栓溶解作用,推测GDG的添加使FITC-肺血栓动物模型尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂前体的内因性活性提高。

Abstract:The effects of GDG on clotlysis induced and its possible mechanism were investigated with GDG as a promoting fibrinolytic compounds injected in the tail vein of rats and pulmonary thrombotic model on rats established by marking fibrin with FITC. Fluorescence in various groups was assayed. It was found firstly that GDG has the effect of promoting fibrinolysis. It was speculated that GDG could enhance intrinsic activity of prourokinase as a plasminogen activator for FITC-labeling pulmonary thrombotic rats.
