TI内螺纹蜗杆砂轮磨齿的新工艺

摘    要:TI(渐开面包络环面)内螺纹蜗杆砂轮磨齿是一项生产率与加工质量结合完美的新工艺。这里以空间啮合理论为基础,分析了该工艺的啮合理论、工作原理和特点,通过例子说明该工艺具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Grinding gear with involute enveloping hourglass interior screw thread worm grind wheel is a new kind of craft which combines the high productivity with the good quality. This article analyzed the mesh theory working princip-le and characters of the craft on the basis of the theory of space mesh .It shows the craft has a fine broad prospect by the examples.
