塞拉门弧焊机器人工作站的研究

摘    要:以某公司手工焊接的塞拉门铝镁硅合金框架为研究对象,在安川UP6工业机器人本体及辅助装置基础上,进行塞拉门铝镁硅合金框架弧焊机器人工作站的开发,研究焊缝自动跟踪技术、焊接温度场实时检测技术等,以保证焊接质量。

Abstract:The object of the Paper is the alloy frame of aluminum , magnesium and silicon which is sliding plug door series product of Nanjing Kangni New Technology of Mechantronic Co., Ltd.,the paper designs frame arc welding robot workstation basing on the Yaskawa UP6 industry robot noumenon and aided equipment, including technique of welding line track automatic follow on electricity arc sensor, technique of welding temperature detecting , welding automatic tongs and the tied caudal rack equipment, in order to keep the quality of welding.
