摘    要:分析了我国村镇住宅建筑的现状,并设计了2种典型村镇住宅以及3种围护结构状态.全面分析计算了典型村镇住宅的热工性能,依据相似围护结构住宅在不同地区热工性能的计算结果进行了比对分析,得出了不同气候条件下村镇建筑的节能率及其规律性.根据研究结果提出了相应的村镇住宅围护结构热工性能改善建议,并建议尽早制定村镇住宅相关的节能标准.

Abstract:The state of housing in village and small town of China is analyzed.Two kinds of representative houses and three kinds of enclosing structure are designed.The representative houses are expounded on thermal performance.According to the result,the energy-saving efficiency and regularity are summarized for representative houses in different districts.It also provided improving proposals to enclosing structure based on the study.The energy-saving standards of village and small town house shall be constituted as soon as possible.
