广西大型公共建筑用能定额的分类研究

摘    要:随着各地大型公共建筑节能监管体系的逐步建立及完善,用能定额标准的编制及超定额加价制度的建立将成为下一步工作的重点之一。通过广西自2007年以来逐步建立的大型公建节能监管体系建设的工作基础,基于用能定额标准制定的角度,对主要类型的大型公共建筑的二次分类进行了初步探讨。通过对已有能源审计数据的分析整理及研究后,笔者认为,广西大型商务办公建筑可不进行二次分类;大型商场建筑可分为大型超市、百货店、购物中心3类;大型宾馆饭店建筑可分为二星级及二星级以下、三星、四星及五星级3类;大型医疗卫生建筑可分为二级及二级以下、三级2类。

Abstract:As progressive establishing and improving of the supervisory system of energy conservation for large scale public buildings invarious regions, the compiling of standards for energy, consumption quota and the establishing of the fixed-price system will be one of the important tasks in the next stage. The secondary classification of main large scale public buildings is expounded from the view of compiling ofthe standards for energy consumption quota, based on the work of supervisory system for energy conservation in large scale public buildings inGuangxi since 2007. By analyzing the existing data of energy audit, it shows that the large scale commercial office buildings may be not classifted again; the large scale markets may be classified into supermarkets, bazaar and shopping centers; the large scale tourist hotels may beclassified into two-star ratings and below tow-star ratings, three-star ratings, four-and five-star ratings; the large medical institutions may beclassified into grade two and below grade two, grade tkree.
