地表水源热泵水下换热器开发及测试

摘    要:根据江河水流和水质特点,设计开发出了一种水下高效换热盘管装置。对换热盘管材料的选择、换热盘管布置形式和如何设计清除浮屑都进行了详细的说明。为测试换热盘管在不同江水流速、不同盘管内水流速度、不同换热工况和不同管径条件下的换热性能对比,设计出了合理的测试方案。

Abstract:According to the rivers flow and the water quality,a kind of underwater heat coil device is designed.The material choice and arrangement form of heat coil and how to remove the float chip are explained in detail.The reasonable testing scheme is designed for testing heat transfer performance of heat exchange coil under various river flow velocity,different dish tube water flow speed,different heat exchange conditions and various diameters.
