| 摘 要： | 以活性炭为原料 ,乙醇胺为添加剂 ,碳酸钠为改性剂制成脱硫剂 ,考察了活性炭及添加剂的种类、改性剂及添加剂的含量以及不同制备条件对活性炭脱硫活性能的影响。结果表明最优活性炭脱硫剂组成是 :将煤质活性炭放在 5 %的碳酸钠溶液里浸渍改性 ,添加 0 .1%的乙醇胺。产物经中试和现场专家鉴定 ,其脱硫性能优于市售同类产品。 |

| Abstract: | A solid desulfurizer for natural gas was prepared from active carbon with ethanolamine as additive and Na 2CO 3 as modified. The effects of the variety of active carbon and additives, the concentration of the impregnant and different preparation conditions on the sulfur capacity of the impregnated active carbon were investigated. The results showed that the optimal desulfurizer is composed of coal-based active carbon, impregnated with 5% Na 2CO 3 solution and 0.1% ethanolamine as additive. The product was tested by in situ experiment and identified by experts. This product is better than those on sale. |
