摘    要:通过对1 000 t/d水泥熟料生产线烧成系统工艺及设备的改造,实现了以无烟煤代替烟煤作为熟料煅烧的燃料,提高了系统产量,系统粉尘排放浓度≤50 mg/m3,满足国家环保要求,达到项目改造目的。

Abstract:The firing system process and equipment of 1 000 t/d cement clinker production line was transformed.After the technological transformation,the clinker system can use the anthracite instead of bituminous coal as fuel.The system throughput was also increased.The system of dust emission concen-trations≤50 mg/m3 meets requirements of state environmental protection.The purpose of the transforma-tion project was achieved.
