| 摘 要： | 从贡山三尖杉枝叶中通过溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析、制备薄层层析等方法分得7个化合物。波谱分析(核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和质谱)确定它们的结构分别为11-hydroxyhainanolidol(1),fortunolide A(2),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(3),3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(4),sitosteryl-3β-glucoside-6'-Opalmitate(5),β-sitosterol(6),daucosterol(7),化合物1~5系首次从贡山三尖杉中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Seven compounds （1～7 ） were extracted and isolated from the twigs and leaves of Cephalotaxus lanceolata by repeated chromatography.There structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis （^1 H-NMR,^13 C-NMR and EI-MS ）to be 1 1-hydroxyhainanolidol （1 ）,fortunolide A （2 ）,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde （3 ）, 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde （4 ）, sitosteryl-3β-glucoside-6′-O-palmitate （5）,β-sitosterol （6）,daucosterol （7）.Compounds 1 ~5 were isolated from the plant for the first time. |
