云南松花苞挥发性成分分析

摘    要:采用氯仿提取云南松花苞中的化学成分,经GC/MS分析,从云南松花苞挥发油中分析鉴定出了49个挥发性成分,占峰面积的58.89%。化合物类型包括单萜、倍半萜、二萜、脂肪族和酚类化合物,其中二萜和单萜为主要成分;质量分数最高的是松香酸(18.91%),其次为脱氢松香酸(10.20%)和十二氢化-1,4a-二甲基-7-(1-甲基乙基)-1-菲甲酸(10.20%)。

Abstract:Volatile components from pinus yunnanensis were collected by extracting with CHCl3 .Forty-nine constituents from the volatile oil were identified by GC-MS,which amounted to 58.89%of the total peak area.The components include sesquiterpenoids,phenolics,aliphatics and so on.As can be seen, the major components of the oil are abietic acid (18.91%),dehydroabietic acid (10.20%),1,2,3, 4,4a,4b,5,6,7,9, 10, 10a-dodecahydro-1,4a-dimethyl-7- (1-methylethylidene )- 1R-(1α,4aβ,4bα,10aα)]-1-phenanthrenecarboxylic acid (10.20%).
