摘    要:将氯化铁溶液快速滴加到氢氧化钠溶液中制备了FeO(OH)。以无水乙醇为溶剂,在回流温度下以FeO(OH)催化水合肼还原1-硝基蒽醌制备1-氨基蒽醌。考察了水合肼用量、反应时间对1-氨基蒽醌收率的影响。结果表明,水合肼与1-硝基蒽醌的适宜摩尔比为2.0,适宜的反应时间为100 min,在此条件下1-氨基蒽醌的收率达98%。催化剂重复使用6次,活性有一定的降低。

Abstract:The catalyst FeO(OH) was prepared by dropping ferric chloride solution to sodium hydroxide solution. 1-Aminoanthraquinone was prepared by the reduction of 1-nitro anthraquinone with hydrazine hydrate catalyzed by FeO(OH) in ethanol at reflux temperature. The influences of hydrazine hydrate amount and reaction time on the yield of 1-aminoanthraquinone were investigated. The results showed that the suitable mole ratio of hydrazine hydrate to 1-nitroanthraquinone was 2.0, and the suitable reaction time was 100 min. Under the suitable conditions, the yield of 1-aminoanthraquinone could reach 98%. Moreover, little deactivation was observed after six times recycling of the catalyst.
