DCS系统在润叶机水分控制中的设计

摘    要:润叶机在打叶复烤线中占有重要地位,润叶质量的好坏直接影响出片率和复烤厂的经济效益。润叶水分控制的目的主要是增加烟叶的韧性、增强耐加工性,减少后续作业的造碎率。通过对云南某烟叶复烤厂润叶机二润生产线的调研,采用串级模糊控制技术,将干扰参数纳入模糊控制系统,对控制量进行修正,实现对复烤厂打叶复烤车间二润润叶机水分的控制。

Abstract:Conditioning cylinder occupies an important position in the roasting line,wetting quality of tobacco leaf directly affect the economic piece rate and the economic benefits of re-bake factory.The main purpose of moisture control is to increase the toughness of tobacco,enhance resistance to process, and reduce the activities of broken rate in subsequent operations.The research of two-wetting production line of conditioning cylinder in Yunnan Tobacco was done.This control technology in conditioning cylinder of re-bake workshop was obtained by using cascade fuzzy control technology,the interference parameters into the fuzzy control system and revision control parameter.
