柴油机气缸体裂纹形成原因分析

摘    要:采用化学分析、金相检验和力学性能测试等方法对柴油机气缸体裂纹原因进行分析。结果表明,抗拉强度、化学成分和显微组织未达到标准要求以及气缸体的裂纹源部位应力集中是气缸体产生裂纹的主要原因。

Abstract:Chemical composition analysis, microstructure examination and mechanical property testing were used to analyze the diesel cylinder crack. It showed that chemical composition and microstructure don't meet standard requinements, and there existed stress concentration in crack source position,all of these factors caused the diesel cylinder crack.
