摘    要:分析了化学成分和冷却速度对金属型铸造铸态低铬抗磨铸铁磨球组织与性能的影响。结果表明,采用本文提出的工艺方法生产的磨球成本低,性能优良,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The influences of chemical compositions and cooling rate on the structures and properties of grinding balls produced in permanent moulds with low chromium as-cast anti-abrasive cast iron has been analysed. The results showed that the grinding balls produced with the author's method exhibited the advantages of low cost and excellent properties, so that a broad prospect for their applications has been opened up.
