溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米级Y2O3:Tb^3+发光材料

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成Y2O3:Tb3+纳米粒子。用红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、光致发光(PL)光谱对其进行一系列表征。结果表明所制备的纳材料在400℃还没完全结晶,在1000℃时结晶完全,得到较纯产物且有良好的发光性能。

Abstract:Phosphor of Y2O3:Tb3+ was synthesized by sol-gel method.The nanosized phosphors were characterized by FT-IR,XRD and PL Spectrum.The experimental results showed that the namibia phosphor materials at 400℃ was not completely crystalline,the crystal completely at 1000℃,and had a pure product and good luminescent properties.
