| 摘 要： | 为解决麻黄碱生产工艺的废水和提高麻黄碱的收率、降低原材料消耗进行了小试及中试。用膜分离技术对麻黄碱的生产实践了工艺改造。讨论了工艺生产过程中反渗透和纳滤－反渗透的组合及预处理问题。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of wastewater in the technology of production and to decrease the capital cost of production,bench-scale testing and medium-sized testing of production have been carried out in the technological reform of ephedrine production by membrane separation process(UF,NF,RO).The pretreatment and the composition of the RO and NF-RO modules in the technical process of production have been discussed. |
