摘    要:本文阐述了广医二院放射科Picture Archiving and Communications System(简称PACS图像存储与传输系统)的设计、安装、调试。根据医院的实际情况,实现在放射科对病人图像的二次DICOM3.0格式数字备份和胶片打印。该系统进一步完善和发展了该院的信息化建设,并为日后远程医疗的实现提供了必要条件。

Abstract:This paper discusses the design, installation and configuration of PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System) in the radiology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical Academy. The system performs file storage in DICOM 3.0 format,indexing patient and printing management collectively. When it is put into use on April 16, 2003 it has been performing so well that it is considered to be a further step towards the consummation of the computerized information process in the hospital as well as a base for the future teleradiology.
