乳制品工业废水处理技术进展

摘    要:乳制品工业生产废水由于含有大量的高溶解性的有机物如乳蛋白、乳糖、乳脂等物质,因此化学需氧量COD非常高,同时很容易被微生物分解,属于可生化性较好的废水。国内外专家针对废水特点大多采用生物处理方法,也有采用生物和物理化学结合的方法。该文分析了乳制品工业废水的来源及水质特点,综述了物理化学法、生物法等在乳制品工业废水处理中的应用,也介绍了乳制品工业废水资源化的途径。

Abstract:Dairy wastewater is rich in soluble organic matters, such as protein, lactose, milk fat and so on, with a high COD value. Because the organic matters in dairy wastewater can be degraded by microorganism, the wastewater can be readily treated with biological treatment alone, or sometimes with the aid of physicochemical treatment. In this paper, the source and the characteristics of the wastewater are introduced, as well as some physicochemical and biological treatments. In addition, the water reclamation and protein recovery from diary wastewater is also reviewed.
