摘    要:分析了玉门油田分公司炼油化工总厂0.5Mt/a催化裂化装置催化剂跑损的原因,通过增设外取热器上滑阀、更换三级旋风分离器单管、提高再生器一级料腿并增设翼阀、更换主风分布管等措施,减少了催化剂的跑损,使催化剂单耗由改造前的1.5kg/t降到了0.57kg/t左右,经济效益十分显著。

Abstract:Causes of catalyst loss in 10 000 b/d FCC unit of Yumen oil Field Company have been analyzed. Through the methods of adding sliding valve to the catalyst cooler, altering three-stage cyclone single-pipe, reducing regenerator one-stage cyclone dig-leg length and adding flutter valve, and altering the main air distribution pipe, catalyst loss has been reduced from 1.5 kg/t to 0.57 kg/t. Evident economic benefits have been obtained.
