摘    要:为解决岩溶动水环境注浆情况下高浓度尾砂浆输送困难、易离析、结石率低、堵水效果差等问题,通过试验研究,配制一种新型注浆材料—泡沫尾砂浆。该材料具有抗冲刷能力强、初凝时间短、结石率高、抗压强度大、性能稳定、适应性好等优点。优化选择最佳配比参数的泡沫尾砂浆适合于岩溶动水条件下的注浆要求。

Experimental study on foam tailings pulp used in karst dynamic water grouting

Abstract:In order to solve the sand plup transportation difficulties, easy segregation, low rate of stone caking, and poor water plugging effect with the high density tail plup under the condition of karst dynamic water grouting, A new type of grouting materials named foam tail mortar has been prepared by experimental study. The material advantages include with strong anti-scouring ability, short initial setting time, high rate of stone caking, great compressive strength, stable performance, good adaptability, etc. The best matching parameters of foam tail mortar has been optimized and selected is suitable for grouting under the condition of karst dynamic water.
