超高压线路单相接地故障类型识别的新方法

摘    要:在带并联电抗器超高压输电线路中,当发生单相接地故障,瞬时性故障时断开恢复电压中存在由于储能元件初始储能引起的自由分量,该自由分量幅值接近或高于其稳态基波分量的幅值,频率低于且接近于工频,因此断开相恢复电压呈拍频性质;而永久性故障时故障点始终存在,线路上各储能元件所储存的能量快速衰减,断开相电压中没有低频振荡分量而仅含有基波量。提出一种判别其两种波形的不同以区别故障性质的方法。该方法原理较简单,具有一定的工程应用前景。

Abstract:When single-phase ground fault occurrs in extra-hgh voltage(EHV) transmission line with shunt reactors,the character of single-phase transient fault recovery voltage is different from the permanent fault.A method through analyzing the amplitude is developed to identify the recovery voltage,then the fault types can be distinguished according to the variation of the fault-phase voltage signals.The proposed method is simple,so it could be applied to the actual project.
