ICP-AES法测定钛合金中次要成分和杂质元素

摘    要:采用盐酸溶解试样,ICP AES法直接测定钛合金中次要成分Al,Zr和12种杂质元素。对酸度、钛基体等进行了探讨。当试样溶液中钛合金的浓度为5mg/ml时,其待测元素的测定范围为10~3200μg/g。回收率为95%~115%,相对标准偏差优于4.04%。

Abstract:The sample was dissolved with hydrochloric acid. Impurity element in titanium alloy was directly determined using matrix matching by ICP-AES. The effects of concentration of hydrochloric acid and matrix of titanium were discussed. When the samplesolution containing 5.0 mg/ml of titanium the recovery was from 95%~115%. The precision of method was better than 4.04%.
