一株产纤维素酶菌株XX－01的鉴定

从牛胃中筛选出一株兼性厌氧芽孢杆菌，编号ＸＸ－０１，可产生大量分解纤维素的胞外酶。该菌株营养要求低，适应性强，生长旺盛，对生长ｐＨ值、温度范围要求都比较宽。在实验室中根据其生态环境、生活史、菌落形态、个体形态、生理特性和生化反应等的实验作为分类依据，定名为蜡状芽孢杆菌（Ｂａｃｉｌｕｓｃｅｒｅｕｓ）。

INDENTIFICATION OF A PRODUCING CELLULASE STRAIN XX-01

A facultative anaerobic bacillus strain XX-01 was isolated, selected from the cattle stomach. It can produce exocellular cellulase. Its nutrient need is low, adaptability is strong, growth is rapidly. For its growing, pH value and range of temperature are more wide-ranging. It is named as Bacillus cereus ,according to tests of ecological environment, live history, colonial morpha, individual morpha, physiological characteristic, biochemical reaction etc. in the laboratory, as classification basis.
