基于中断技术的控制方法

摘    要:为提高控制系统的性能指标,大多数控制系统在设计中都是以增加硬件电路的复杂性为代价的。针对这一问题,充分利用中断技术的特点,采用以软件为主,并通过软件与计算机自身的硬件资源相配合的方法,重点讨论了中断技术在提高系统的实时性、可靠性、稳定性方面的应用。该方法在实际应用中不但保证了系统的各项指标,而且使系统的硬件电路得以简化,特别适用于控制系统外部电磁场影响强烈、伺服电机多、批量生产的系统。

Abstract:Most of the control systems achieve higher system performance at the cost of more complex hardware electrocircuit.To the problem, Using the characteristic of interrupt technique,combining software and computer hardware and applying interrupt technique to enhance real time capability,reliability and stability are discussed.The techniques help to ensure targets of system performance and simplify the hardware elec- trocircuit.They are especially applicable to control systems that are under intense extra influence of electromagnetic field,systems that have lots of servomotors,and systems for mass production.
