摘    要:稀土顺丁橡胶是轮胎胎面胶及胎侧胶的重要原材料.在生产过程中,可通过控制聚合物的分子量得到不同等级的聚丁二烯产品.影响顺丁橡胶分子量的主要因素有:聚合温度;单体与催化剂的比例;助催化剂用量与主催化剂的比例;分子量调节剂.笔者在归纳现有文献的基础上,总结了这些因素的影响方式,对比了不同催化体系对影响因素的敏感度,对二元和三元催化体系中助催化剂用量的影响进行了着重论述.提出了控制聚合物分子量的方法,并对比了这些方法的优缺点.

Abstract:The Nd-based BR is the major material of tread compound and sidewall compound. The molar mass which strongly influences the performance of raw rubbers during the preparation of rubber compounds could be controlled in the polymerization process. The main factors influencing the molar mass of BR include the polymerization temperature : nM/nNd: ncocatalyst/nNd and the primary additive. This paper concluded the effect of them, emphatically discussed the effect of ncocatalyst/nNd ratio from two aspects of binary-Nd catalyst systems and ternary-Nd catalyst systems and compared their influence efficiency, then presented the methods controlling molar mass, and their relative merits.
