摘    要:为减轻车身质量,减少冲压模具数量和降低制造成本,采用拼焊板对某小车的主要吸能部件前纵梁进行了改进设计,并对各块差厚钢板的材料等级及厚度进行了正交试验优化.为保证整车正面碰撞中前纵梁的吸能性,将该梁在整车有限元模型中进行替换,并按照法规及C-NCAP要求进行了正面碰撞分析.结果表明:替换后其碰撞吸能量上升2%左右,B柱的一侧加速度峰值平均下降3%以上,但该零件的质量却降低了6%左右.

Abstract:In order to reduce the weight of the car body and the number and cost of stamping moulds, the tailor-welded blank technology is applied to the longitudinal rails of a car and the maifi energy-absorbing components in a front crash. Through the design of orthogonal experiment, the optimal material grade and thickness of each blank are determined. After replacing this component model with a new tailor-welded one in the verified whole car model, a frontal crash is simulated again according to the requirement of correlative vehicle crash legislation and C-NCAP. By comparison, the calculated results show that the weight of this component has decreased about 6 % and the peak of acceleration at pole B decreased 2 % on average but its energy-absorbing capability has increased 2% or so.
